1. How does Obesity currently effect your life? Limits my job as a preschool teacher, a wife, & a mom. Fear of dying young.
2. How would others describe your personality? Self-conscious, Chatty, out-going. spontaneous; light-hearted; sarcastic as all hell!        
3. Fast forward, you've lost all of weight…What are you doing that you are not doing now? Exercising! Participating in marathons! Doing physical activities with my 2-year-old!
4. What would you hope to achieve following the LapBand Surgery? Maintaining a healthy weight & being an advocate & example for LapBand!
